KOMO mark

Quality Statement

Both mobile homes and chalets and mobile homes built under the KOMO approval. KOMO-attest-with-product certificate is a quality statement, that will guarantee that the mobile home is built according to the requirements of the Building. Donkervoort, displays a full guarantee and a guarantee of quality.

Article 415 of the Building:
If by or under this act is a requirement laid down as a building material or building component and that building or building component one that demands tailored by our Minister recognized quality certificate was issued, provided that building or building component according to quality statement is used, the relevant requirement.

Yet it frequently happens that chalets / mobile homes ordered for which no (or not recognized) quality certificate and are therefore not (and certainly not proven) to meet the requirements of the Building. At the municipal building regulations rests the duty to ensure, in dealing with your planning application, to ensure that the requirements of regulatory compliance.

This means that a (recognized) quality certificate is sufficient proof that the Building Act are met and that a review by the municipality no longer need to take place, at least insofar as the aspects of the quality certificate are assessed.

Meanwhile, the certification body BKB IKOB (BV Quality Construction Statements) over 20 years already existing quality statements adapted to the requirements of the Building and included in the list of recognized quality certificates by the Minister.
