Quality Statement

Both mobile homes and caravans and chalets are built under KOMO-mark. KOMO-attest-with-product certificate is a quality certificate, which shall guarantee that the mobile home is built according to the requirements of the Building. Donkervoort provides you with a full guarantee and a guarantee of quality.

Article 415 of the Building:
Where by or under this act a requirement imposed on a building material or building component and that construction material or building component one that demands tailored by our Minister recognized quality certificate was issued, provided that building material or building element according to quality certificate has been applied, the relevant requirement.

Yet it often happens that chalets / mobile homes ordered for which no (or not recognized) quality certificate was issued and therefore not (and in any case not proven) to meet the requirements of the Building Act. At the municipal Building and Housing rests the task to ensure, when dealing with your planning application, to ensure that the requirements of regulatory compliance.

This means that a (recognized) quality certificate is sufficient proof that the Building is met and that a review by the municipality no need to take place, at least insofar as the aspects in the quality certificate of assessment.

Meanwhile, the certification body BKB-IKOB (BV Construction Quality Statements) over 20 years already existing quality certificates meet the requirements of the Building and included in the list of recognized quality certificates by the Minister.
