The Le Mans Bugatti Circuit is a permanent race track and uses part of the famous Circuit des 24 Heures, such as the Dunlop Chicane, the pit building and the long straight section. The circuit is frequently used as a motor circuit.

The circuit is also the home base of the French Sport Auto Magazine, which runs the Supertest for every edition. The Donkervoort D8 GTO obtained a 2nd place in 2015 in this test.
