I would like to come and try on (some of) your offered items. Do you have these items in stock in the Donkervoort showroom/factory in Lelystad?

Yes, we do. All products offered through the Donkervoort website (with the exception of the made-to-measure items) are in stock in our showroom in Lelystad.

I am trying to select a specific size of a product I would like to purchase, but it doesn’t seem to work; does this mean the item is out of stock?

If a size appears light-grey and you are not able to click it, it means that specific size is no longer in stock. Would you like to be kept informed on new products or stock? Please subscribe to our newsletter. You will find the option to subscribe to this newsletter in the footer of our website.


Ideal (in The Netherlands only)

Do you have access to internet banking services of ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschot Bankiers? Manual bank transfers

If you do not have a credit card or do not have access to internet banking, you can choose to make a transfer to our bank account manually after placing your order. You will find the payment details in the order confirmation you will receive via email after completion of your order.

Your order status

After placing your order you will automatically receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Other updates related to your order will be communicated via e-mail as well. You will e.g. receive a notification when we ship your order. In the notification your will find the required information in order to track & trace your package/parcel.

Cancelling or changing your order

At the moment, you are only able to cancel or change your order by getting in touch with us via [email protected]; if you press ‘reply’ in your order confirmation you will automatically send your e-mail to the above mentioned e-mail address. Please mention your order number when requesting order changes or cancellations. We kindly request to clearly state which item(s) you would like to modify/cancel.

Shipping and delivery


Orders on workdays are sent on the same day after receiving your payment. We make use of the delivery services of PostNL, which indicates the below stated delivery times (may be subject to changes and situations of force majeure ).
1-2 days : The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg
2-4 days : Denmark, Germany, France, Austria, United Kingdom, Sweden
4-7 days : Italy, Spain, Norway, Switzerland, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Estonia, Portugal
7-12 days : United States, China, Canada, Hong Kong , Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Africa

Delay in delivery

Your order will be delivered as soon as possible at the address indicated by you. It remains possible that the order is delayed due to unexpected circumstances in the delivery.

Return policy

Returning an item

Donkervoort offers the possibility to exchange your purchased item (with the exception of the made-to-measure items). Please carefully read the below mentioned instructions in order to return your item(s) correctly:
– You can only return items if you inform/notify us about this within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we can no longer take your request for return / exchange into consideration if you have had the item in your possession for more than 14 days and / or if the items were not purchased through our (web) shop.
– The item must be returned in an unused condition, free of stains, odors and defects – The product must bear the original labels and packaging
– Please add (a copy of) your purchase order to the returned item

Product with a defect

If you have received an item with defects, please contact/inform Donkervoort as soon as possible, but within 7 days of receipt. We will provide you with an appropriate solution.

Exchanging an item

If you wish to exchange an item, please note that we can are only send you the same product in another size and /or color. We kindly ask you to state your requirements as clearly as possible on your sales receipt. We cannot guarantee that the desired item is in stock upon arrival of your request for exchange. If the desired item is not in stock, we will refund the amount of the returned item using the same payment method you used for this order.

Refund order amount

Once we have received your return, we will confirm receipt by e-mail. We will need up to 7 days to refund your payment. It can, however, take 2-3 weeks before receiving the amount in your bank account (this is especially the case for credit card payments). We will refund the amount of the returned item using the same payment method you used for this order.
