Ex-Core Composite Foreman/Woman

As the Ex-Core Composite Foreman/Woman, you will lead our production team, which specialises in preparing composite materials. You should have experience and knowledge of Prepreg composites in a production environment, as well as natural leadership skills to manage a small team of 3 to 5 people.

·       Experience and Affinity: Demonstrable experience with Prepreg composites in a production setting.

·       Education: A relevant vocational education degree.

·       Passion for Production: A strong pride in the production process and the final product's quality.

·       Solution-Oriented: You tackle problems as challenges that call for creative solutions.

·       Leadership: Natural seniority with the ability to function as a leader within a small team, directing the group and actively participating.
