NL// Je werkt nauw samen met onze Business Controller, aan wie je ook rapporteert. Samen zorgen jullie dat de administratie van beide bedrijven tot op de cent klopt. Dit wordt jouw dagelijkse werk:

• Je beheert de crediteuren- en debiteurenadministratie van Donkervoort en Ex-Core Technologies

• Je verzorgt de algemene administratie, waaronder loonjournaalposten, bankzaken, tussenrekeningen en memoriaalboekingen

• Je bereidt betalingsrondes voor

• Je richt de projectadministratie in en beheert deze

• Je voert voorbereidende werkzaamheden uit voor de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluiting
  
  EN// You work closely with our Business Controller, who is also the person you report to. Together you make sure the administration of both companies is right down to the cent. This will be your day-to-day work:

  • You manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for Donkervoort and Ex-Core Technologies

  • You take care of the general accounting, including payroll journal entries, banking, suspense accounts and journal postings

  • You prepare the payment runs

  • You set up and maintain the project administration

  • You carry out the preparatory work for the monthly, quarterly and annual closing

• Sterke Excel-vaardigheden. Je vindt moeiteloos je weg in formules en overzichten.

• Ervaring met Power BI en interesse in AI-toepassingen zijn geen vereiste, maar wel een pluspunt.

  • Experience with Power BI and an interest in AI applications are not a requirement, but they are a plus.
