Our close-knit and energetic team in Lelystad is growing steadily, which involves more and more organisational tasks. We are therefore looking for an Office Coordinator responsible for administrative (including HR) tasks and the day-to-day running of our showroom and office. Does a diverse range of tasks give you energy, do you like to have everything organised down to the last detail and do you have experience with administrative tasks? Then we are looking for you!

In this role, every day is different. For instance, you support the team in finding and hiring new employees. You take care of HR administration, such as absenteeism or annual leave, and (with relevant experience) possibly also payroll administration. On another day, you will be fully occupied with everything related to the showroom and the office. Such as receiving guests, handling webshop orders, ensuring we have sufficient stock in the office and maintaining contact with our (facility) suppliers. You can answer incoming calls, handle email correspondence, and provide a tidy showroom and meeting room. Finally, you play an essential supporting role in the team, are involved in team activities and contribute ideas on keeping our employees happy.

We are therefore looking for a proactive and enthusiastic candidate with a hands-on mentality and excellent social and administrative skills.

what are you going to do

  • Keeping systems up-to-date for the pension fund and absence insurance.

  • We are proactively supporting the search and hiring of new employees.

  • Assisting with on- and off-boarding of employees.

  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and social security and translating this into practice.

  • Providing gifts, such as on birthdays and Christmas gifts, etc.

  • Ordering supplies for the office: from F&B to office supplies

  • Coordination and contract management of cleaning and facility services

  • Hosting and receiving clients and other guests

  • Assisting in the organisation of team outings and events

  • All other ad hoc, administrative and facility work

the ideal candidate

  • You have 2 to 5 years of experience as an Office Coordinator (and/or HR)

  • Experience with HR administration systems and recruiting is a plus.

  • You are fluent in English (knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus)

  • You work accurately and in a structured way.

  • You are flexible and hands-on.

  • You have an open and service-oriented personality.

  • You have an eye for detail, and people

  • Availability for approximately 24 hours a week
